  • 1 loaf brioche or challah, cubed
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp milk, for icing
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla, for icing
