Garlic Butter Steak Bites
Juicy steak bites seared until browned, then tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce with fresh herbs.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb sirloin steak, cut into cubes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels.
Season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the steak bites in a single layer for 2 to 3 minutes per side.
Work in batches if needed so the steak browns instead of steaming.
Reduce the heat and add butter, garlic, parsley, and thyme.
Toss the steak bites in the garlic butter until glossy.
Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
Why These Steak Bites Are So Good
They cook fast, get beautifully browned, and taste like steakhouse comfort in one skillet.
Best Steak To Use
Sirloin is affordable and tender, but ribeye or New York strip also work well.
